What The ELL? Part 1

On the very first monthly episode of The Recovering ELL I am joined by Veronica Paredes a PHD student and my professor, to break down the meaning of the term "ELL" and why it is no longer used to describe bilingual students in our education system. We also reflect on our experiences navigating this system and the effects these experiences have had on how we see ourselves and our students.
